Marinated Steak Bites


  • 16 ounces top sirloin or ribeye steak cut into 1-inch cubes


  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • Place all ingredients except the cut in an exceedingly massive bowl or ziplock bag. Stir to mix.
