Ingredients

    8 large russet potatoes

    1 tablespoon butter

    Salt and ground black pepper to taste

    1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

    1/2 cup half-and-half

    1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)

    2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
