Hibachi Noodles


  • 1 lb. linguine or noodles of your choice, cooked al dente
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds


  • Over medium high heat during a pan, soften the butter
  • append garlic and saute till perfumed
  • append noodles and stir to combine
  • Add sugar, skinny condiment, dish sauce and mix
  • Season with salt pepper
  • take away from heat and drizzle in oil, agitated to combine
  • Dish and serve hot wet with benne seeds
