Crispy Spaghetti Squash Pancakes

  3. 1 cup panko crumbs

  5. 1/4 cup onion, diced
  6. 1 clove garlic, minced
  7. 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
  8. 1/2 tsp salt
  9. 1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
  10. 1 egg, lightly beaten
